Jason Lilly, MBA, CFA, CFP®
Founder | Senior Wealth Advisor
I grew up watching my parents pour everything they had into building small businesses from the ground up. Their work ethic was inspiring. But even with their success, true financial security always felt just out of reach. What was missing? A cohesive plan to bring it all together.
That experience stayed with me. It’s what led me to this work - helping people like my parents turn a lifetime of effort into lasting peace of mind. It’s work that’s deeply meaningful to me, and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
The Essentials:I began my professional journey at The Vanguard Group, as a financial planner, then moved into investment and portfolio management at Rockland Trust. Before Tenere I led a 40-person wealth team at Cape Cod 5, overseeing $2 billion in client assets.

The thing about personal finance is, it’s personal. Deeply personal. A blend of mathematics, art, history, and yes, emotion too. As a parent, I’ve always viewed my long-term purpose in raising children as helping them become self-reliant, equipping them with the tools and education to navigate life’s journey, while encouraging them to seek guidance for complex decisions along the way.
My multi-decade career as a Certified Financial Planner has been built on that exact same foundation: education and empowerment. I know the financial landscape can feel overwhelming. My goal is never to create dependency, but to empower you with the clarity and confidence needed to make decisions in your best interest—acting as your steady partner to refine that plan as life around you, your resources, and your values evolve. A sound financial plan is not solved once and then completed. It is monitored and adjusted continuously.
My journey began at Fidelity Investments, included time running my own practice, a tenure in the mortgage industry, and later heading financial planning for the Wealth Management Division of Rockland Trust across five regional offices. Most recently, I led the financial planning department at a 30-person firm in Boston.
